POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Practice Manager
The role of practice manager is to provide overall support for the operations and management of Advanced Health & Hand Therapy. You will report directly to the business owner. In the outworking of this role, your position will involve the following:
Performing daily operations tasks including reception duties, identifying and organising products to sell and reviewing and improving service standards with appointment procedures, welcome room services and consistency of service between team members.
Assisting with administration by overseeing and interpretation of reports, approving and payment of bills, knowing and understanding timesheet requirements
Overseeing the management of the team with performance reviews, dispute resolution, allocation of tasks, coordinating induction and training for new team members and leading team meetings, actively seeking ways to improve your work environment and relationships with team members
Work with the business owner to establish and implement the overall strategic plan for the business
Implementation of new systems and procedures, reviewing and standardising policies and outworking of the strategic plan
Responding to incidents as they occur on a day to day basis, implementation and update of emergency procedure policies and overseeing maintenance procedures
Liaising with Business Owner through direct communication channels for strategy, insight and response.
Implementation of safe practice in work health and safety procedures including hazards identification and emergency management procedures
Coordinating marketing events, researching opportunities and liaising with networks and contacts to improve the public profile of the business and promote cooperative professional relationships
Preparing and completing financial reports including bank reconciliation, ensuring all invoices are submitted and management of outstanding debtors
Contribute to the positive, healthy culture of the clinic, always acting in the best interest of Advanced Health & Hand Therapy and the business owner

Senior Administration Officer: The role of Senior Administration Officer is to provide administrative support for the operations of Advanced Health & Hand Therapy and to manage the day to day client experience. You will report directly to the business owner. In the outworking of this role, your position will involve the following:
Performing daily operational tasks including reception duties, assisting the Business Owner with identifying and organising products to sell and reviewing and improving service standards with appointment procedures, welcome room services and consistency of service between team members
Completing administrative tasks including booking appointments, gathering client and referrer data, data entry, organising and distributing outbound and inbound communication
Actively seeking ways to improve your work environment and relationships with team members
Implementation of new systems and procedures, reviewing and standardising policies and outworking of the strategic plan, with assistance of the Business Owner
Responding to incidents as they occur on a day to day basis, implementation and update of emergency procedure policies and overseeing maintenance procedures
Liaising with Business Owner through direct communication channels for strategy, insight and response
