do i need a referral?
You do not need a referral unless you are claiming through a Third Party Insurer. These could include DVA, WorkCover QLD or EPC. If you have any questions feel free to give us a call at the clinic 4767 5103.
how much will it cost?
Our consultations are covered under private health insurance. If you would like to learn more about the value of our services please give us a call and our reception team will be happy to give you the information you need.
Can i claim through my health fund?
Yes you can claim through your health fund. The amount of your rebate will depend on your insurer and your level of cover. We have a HICAPS machine at the clinic and we are able to provide on the spot rebates.
In some circumstances your Doctor may refer you under an Enhanced Primary Care plan which will give you a rebate on your consultation. It is best to discuss with your Doctor to see if you are eligible for this referral.
Can i claim through medicare?
Yes! There is plenty of off street parking that is easy to access.
Do you have parking?
If you need your aircon fixed, you don’t get your electrician to do it. Just the same as Podiatrists are the feet specialists - Hand Therapists are the experts in all things shoulder to fingertip. The arm is very complex and requires extensive training by your Hand Therapist to ensure that the right diagnosis is made and the right treatment provided.
